Shyam is a person who wanted to do something unique which could help the community at the grassroots. This strong perseverance made him change his career from the IT sector to the socio-economic development sector. His Master's education in Local Governance and Development helped him in gaining expertise in Research by using PRA tools effectively. In the future, I want to work in different segments, especially in the field of nutrition, health and education development of children and women, youth empowerment & women leadership. Apart from the above aspects, I am part of some important youth communities like the Global Shapers Community [presently I am a vice curator] and the Institute of Grassroots Governance as a Telangana State coordinator.
