Kartik working on a construction project post-Bachelors in Civil Engineering, with a personal interest in the subject of Environment pursued a Master's degree. And with a rural project initiative @ Belagavi UNICEF project by SAAHAS joined as a Field Supervisor. Working in the field and knowing the Actual scenario of Solid waste, made him so involved in the project that he could successfully set up a system at the villages, which soon after a year got promoted as a Project Coordinator for the HCL project at Udupi Location.
